T\u00eate relev\u00e9e, yeux pointant vers les vo\u00fbtes, le public appr\u00e9ciait les beaux volumes du b\u00e2timent nouvellement investi par la chor\u00e9graphe Olivia Grandville. <em>Faire fleurir<\/em> impose le chemin inverse\u00a0: baisser le regard pour y scruter le sol o\u00f9 repose un corps recroquevill\u00e9. A ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s une pierre oblongue que porte une sorte de balle de ping-pong.<\/strong><\/h4><p>Les trois gradins qui entourent cet espace de tout juste 25m2 ne voit que ses deux premiers rangs occup\u00e9s, on a d\u2019ailleurs invit\u00e9 le public \u00e0 s\u2019asseoir au sol. C\u2019est que la sc\u00e8ne poss\u00e8de une incongruit\u00e9\u00a0: un plafond tr\u00e8s bas, 1m50 tout au plus. Ce dispositif trifrontal est compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par la pr\u00e9sence de deux musiciens (Mont Analogue, duo form\u00e9 par Alexander Van Pelt et Ben Lupus)<strong>.<\/strong> Singulier, ce dispositif va \u00eatre le th\u00e9\u00e2tre d\u2019un c\u00e9r\u00e9monial hors-du-temps.<\/p><p>Un r\u00e9veil, une errance, des obsessions (d\u00e9placer une pierre, tenir en \u00e9quilibre dessus), un repos-contemplation\u2026 voil\u00e0 ce que nos imaginaires projettent dans le cheminement du danseur. D\u00e9fait de sa verticalit\u00e9, contraint \u00e0 des d\u00e9placements oscillants entre fr\u00eale bip\u00e9die et virtuose quadrup\u00e9die, il est mi-homme, mi-animal. D\u2019un autre \u00e2ge, pass\u00e9 ou \u00e0 venir. Est-il terr\u00e9 dans sa caverne pr\u00e9historique ou confin\u00e9 dans un engin spatial du prochain mill\u00e9naire\u00a0? le solo <em>Faire fleurir<\/em> s\u00e8me, au fil qu\u2019il se d\u00e9roule, moult interpr\u00e9tations.<\/p><p>Le chor\u00e9graphe pr\u00e9cise\u00a0: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Mon envie premi\u00e8re \u00e9tait plus d\u2019\u00e9tudier une forme pr\u00e9cise\u00a0&#8211; celle des 4 appuis au sol &#8211; que de n\u00e9cessairement raconter une histoire si ce n\u2019est celle de d\u00e9placer un caillou quand tu ne peux pas t\u2019\u00e9riger sur tes jambes. Bien s\u00fbr que la pi\u00e8ce comporte des images symboliques mais elle reste ouverte \u00e0 tous les imaginaires. <\/em>Faire fleurir<em> doit \u00eatre surtout consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une \u00e9tude \u00e0 travers le break et son rapport au sol.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>Electron libre de la sc\u00e8ne hip hop, Nicolas Fayol (aper\u00e7u chez Bruno Geslin, Alain Buffard, S\u00e9bastien Lefrancois, Lloyd Newson, Rapha\u00eblle Delaunay, Yoann Bourgeois, Montalvo- Hervieu et surtout Christian Rizzo) a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un break original. Un qui fait fi de l\u2019esbrouffe, de la performance, de la d\u00e9monstration. Un, virtuose, qui s\u2019amuse \u00e0 distordre le geste, \u00e9tendre le temps. De cette mani\u00e8re de d\u00e9caler et d\u2019\u00e9tirer la grammaire break, Nicolas Fayol donne \u00e0 voir la naissance du geste hip-hop et, heureuse d\u00e9couverte, sa d\u00e9licatesse. La partition chor\u00e9graphique de <em>Faire Fleurir<\/em> a beau \u00eatre extr\u00eamement gymnique, elle est ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e tout en souplesse. Nulle tension dans cette floraison&#8230; Cul par-dessus t\u00eate, tel un Mowgli breakeur, Nicolas Fayol impressionne par le moelleux de ses r\u00e9ceptions, capable d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter un nombre impressionnant de roulades arri\u00e8res encore jamais vues, sans ciller et sans bruit. <em>\u00ab\u00a0J\u2019ai appris le break dans mon coin. Je reviens ici \u00e0 ses origines\u00a0: le raz du sol. J\u2019aime l\u2019id\u00e9e de rabaisser, de ne pas aller vers le haut de la pyramide\u2026\u00a0\u00bb. <\/em>Revenir aux fondamentaux du sol mais aussi \u00e0 celui du cercle de la battle hip hop, \u00e0 sa promiscuit\u00e9. En dansant \u00e0 moins de 2 m\u00e8tres du public, le chor\u00e9graphe instaure une belle intimit\u00e9 avec lui. Attention g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse.<\/p><p>Epaul\u00e9s par Rebecca Journo et Christian Rizzo, <em>\u00ab\u00a0une jeune chor\u00e9graphe et un vieux chor\u00e9graphe\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> comme il le pr\u00e9cise avec malice, Nicolas Fayol \u00e9tait au CCN de La Rochelle pour une septi\u00e8me r\u00e9sidence. Ce 15 d\u00e9cembre, la pr\u00e9sentation de ce <em>Faire Fleurir<\/em> work in progress ne proposait pas le travail de lumi\u00e8res. Elles seront travaill\u00e9es entre mai et ao\u00fbt 23 et animeront sol et ciel, provoquant \u00ab\u00a0<em>une sorte de schizophr\u00e9nie\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.
