Un rideau vert \u2014 un vert franchement inadmissible selon les superstitions th\u00e9\u00e2trales, pleinement assum\u00e9 selon les logiques du cin\u00e9ma \u2014 s\u2019impose d\u2019abord comme un panneau d\u2019essai. C\u2019est une surface d\u2019attente, un \u00e9cran d\u2019absences. Rien encore n\u2019advient, mais d\u00e9j\u00e0 tout s\u2019incline vers l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019illusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puis un homme entre (<strong>Kilian Madeleine<\/strong>, tailleur de pierre et ici danseur convaincant). Marteau, burin : les attributs du r\u00e9el. La pierre, elle, manque. Ce qui se donne \u00e0 voir est un \u00e9cart. Ou, mieux encore, une m\u00e9thode : travailler avec ce qui n\u2019est pas l\u00e0. Le bruitage, d\u2019une pr\u00e9cision presque chirurgicale, ne suit pas la logique du corps mais celle d\u2019un souvenir. Le geste et le son vivent s\u00e9par\u00e9ment \u2014 et c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans cette dissociation que la pi\u00e8ce trouve son premier point d\u2019appui esth\u00e9tique. Chez La Tierce, la pr\u00e9sence se cultive souvent par la mani\u00e8re dont elle se soustrait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On nomme ensuite les interpr\u00e8tes, d\u00e9taille la note d\u2019intention. On pourrait croire \u00e0 une transparence un peu affect\u00e9e ; en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019\u00e9clairage oblique. En exposant l\u2019artifice, La Tierce installe une lisibilit\u00e9 qui ne vise pas \u00e0 rassurer, mais \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer l\u2019\u00e9tonnement. Ce pr\u00e9ambule encadre une \u0153uvre qui, tout du long, maintiendra avec constance une zone de trouble \u2014 ce terrain o\u00f9 la compagnie excelle, et qui devient presque sa signature : le r\u00e9el et son double, c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te, sans qu\u2019on ne sache jamais lequel pr\u00e9c\u00e8de l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Je fais un chant de pur n\u00e9ant :<\/em><br><em>il n\u2019est de moi ni de nul autre,<\/em><br><em>il n\u2019est d\u2019amour ni de jeunesse,<\/em><br><em>ni de rien d\u2019autre,<\/em><br><em>puisqu\u2019il fut trouv\u00e9 en dormant<\/em><br><em>sur un cheval.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Guillaume d\u2019Aquitaine (1071 \u2013 1126), traduction de Katy Bernard)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le po\u00e8me de Guillaume d\u2019Aquitaine, <em>\u00ab chant de pur n\u00e9ant \u00bb<\/em> et cl\u00e9 de voute de la pi\u00e8ce, agit alors comme une sorte de basse continue, une voix venue d\u2019un XII\u1d49 si\u00e8cle qui n\u2019a jamais cess\u00e9 de respirer. La Tierce n\u2019utilise pas la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence m\u00e9di\u00e9vale comme d\u00e9cor mais comme partenaire : le troubadour Guillaume demandait une \u00ab contrecl\u00e9 \u00bb \u00e0 son chant ; le spectacle r\u00e9pond. Et r\u00e9pond moins par mots que par gestes, comme si la chor\u00e9graphie \u00e9tait la forme la plus juste de la r\u00e9plique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette r\u00e9plique prend d\u2019abord la forme d\u2019un solo \u2014 celui de <strong>Sonia Garcia,<\/strong> d\u00e9licat et exact, d\u2019une inflexion tortur\u00e9e qui malaxerait les pas baroque et occitan. On note la pr\u00e9cision des suspensions, la nettet\u00e9 des arr\u00eats, ce m\u00e9lange rare de r\u00e9serve et d\u2019intensit\u00e9 qui permet \u00e0 chaque micro-variation de se charger d\u2019une densit\u00e9 inattendue. Plus tard ce sera sa voix d\u00e9multipli\u00e9e qui charmera , r\u00e9fractant et brouillant encore plus sa silhouette. Et une fois encore, les fronti\u00e8res du visible et de l\u2019audible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019humour \u2014 toujours discret dans le travail de La Tierce \u2014 surgit ensuite avec une ma\u00eetrise remarquable. <strong>Charles Pietri<\/strong>, magicien approximatif mais magnifiquement calibr\u00e9, fait appara\u00eetre des pierres d\u2019un sac vide. Le geste est simple, mais sa perfection rythmique le transforme en un moment de jubilation r\u00e9elle. Il ouvre un autre versant de la pi\u00e8ce : l\u2019art qui se construit avec le public, non par n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique mais par complicit\u00e9 intuitive. Comme dans les spectacles de troubadour, <em>La contrecl\u00e9 <\/em>entend distraire avec force danse, chant, th\u00e9\u00e2tre et acrobaties. M\u00eame les costumes semblent d\u00e9finir vaguement des arch\u00e9types entre queue de pie r\u00e9invent\u00e9 et ersatz de tra\u00eene en tulle. De l\u2019esquisse toujours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vient le duo entre <strong>S\u00e9verine Lef\u00e8vre<\/strong> et Killian Madeleine. Leurs mouvements, partag\u00e9s comme une langue intime, se r\u00e9pondent sans jamais se confondre. Leurs rotations, leurs spirales contenues, leur \u00e9coute mutuelle produisent une forme d\u2019\u00e9quilibre \u00e0 deux \u2014 une g\u00e9mellit\u00e9 non pas mim\u00e9tique mais accord\u00e9e, qui \u00e9meut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La lumi\u00e8re (sign\u00e9e <strong>Serge Damon<\/strong>) constamment en demi-teinte, sculpte l\u2019espace comme une mati\u00e8re mouvante. Elle promet parfois une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation \u2014 l\u2019ouverture du rideau vert \u2014 et offre finalement une obscurit\u00e9 profonde. C\u2019est l\u2019une des grandes intelligences de <em>La contrecl\u00e9<\/em> : elle installe des attentes pour mieux d\u00e9vier leur trajectoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s rondes de joies et musiques \u00ab\u00a0air-jou\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb, la <em>fin<\/em> apporte un recentrement : Charles Pietri traverse la sc\u00e8ne comme on traverse une pens\u00e9e trop vaste. Quelques objets demeurent \u2014 un luth, un foulard, une pierre \u2014 non comme reliques mais comme indices que la pi\u00e8ce refuse obstin\u00e9ment de r\u00e9soudre. Cela fait partie de sa rigueur : ne jamais fermer ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ce que <em>La contrecl\u00e9<\/em> accomplit tient dans une tension rare : un minimalisme qui ne c\u00e8de jamais \u00e0 la pauvret\u00e9, une d\u00e9licatesse qui ne glisse jamais vers le vaporeux, une lenteur qui n\u2019est jamais inertie. Dans un paysage sc\u00e9nique qui aime souvent saturer, d\u00e9montrer, affirmer, La Tierce choisit \u2014 avec une constance presque politique \u2014 de d\u00e9saturer, d\u2019a\u00e9rer, d\u2019ouvrir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On ne sort pas avec une r\u00e9ponse, mais avec une modalit\u00e9 d\u2019attention renouvel\u00e9e. Non pas une cl\u00e9, mais, comme l\u2019indique le titre, son envers : la contrecl\u00e9, ce petit morceau qui r\u00e9v\u00e8le non la serrure, mais le fait m\u00eame qu\u2019il y avait une porte. <em>La contrecl\u00e9<\/em> n\u2019est pas une \u0153uvre que l\u2019on comprend. C\u2019est une \u0153uvre que l\u2019on fr\u00e9quente. Et, comme souvent chez La Tierce, elle vous accompagne plus longtemps qu\u2019on aurait cru possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00e9dric Chaory \u00a9 Louison M
