Ou il est question d\u2019accueillir la mort en toute s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">L\u2019orage tonne et la pluie tombe quand entre le public dans la salle de L\u2019Horizon. Au plateau, sur un sol recouvert o\u00f9 cheminent des parcours de terreau, quatre interpr\u00e8tes sont concentr\u00e9es\u00a0 \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution d\u2019un intriguant c\u00e9r\u00e9monial\u00a0: s\u2019enduire le corps d\u2019un onguent cuivr\u00e9 puis souffler dans les airs une pluie de paillettes, volatiles poussi\u00e8res d\u2019\u00e9toiles se r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant dans les rasants.<\/span><\/p><p>Puis cette fr\u00eale humanit\u00e9 fait corps. D\u00e9licatement, les danseuses posent chacune leur t\u00eate sur l\u2019\u00e9paule de leur voisine, cherchant symbiose ou tout simplement r\u00e9confort. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que cet enlacement compact se d\u00e9place disparait du sol la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie terreuse. Puis surviennent la chute d\u2019une des protagonistes et les premiers pleurs. La mort a frapp\u00e9.<\/p><p>Les bras se l\u00e8vent au ciel dans un geste d\u2019imploration avant de glisser vers le sol. Poussi\u00e8re tu es, poussi\u00e8re tu retourneras.<\/p><p>De sa recherche sur les danses macabres du XV\u00e8me \u2013 XVI\u00e8me si\u00e8cle en France, point de d\u00e9part de <em>Farandole de Solitudes<\/em>, la jeune chor\u00e9graphe rochelaise Alice Kinh signe un premier effort chor\u00e9graphique honorable, soutenue par un quatuor de danseuses consciencieuses (L\u00e9a Bonnaud, Salom\u00e9 Gen\u00e8s, Charlotte Leroy, Aude Westphal).<\/p><p>Cette application se retourne cependant rapidement contre la pi\u00e8ce. Si l\u2019on devine ais\u00e9ment l\u2019inqui\u00e9tante \u00e9tranget\u00e9 qu\u2019insuffle Alice Kinh\u00a0\u00e0 Farandole des solitudes, l\u2019angoisse de mort, de la solitude, de la solitude face \u00e0 la mort peinent \u00e0 \u00eatre incarn\u00e9s. Les sc\u00e8nes de transe o\u00f9 rires succ\u00e8dent aux pleurs, les (nombreuses) courses circulaires \u2013 figure usante de la danse contemporaine -, toutes ces postures de gisant, de descente de croix et de plongeon \u2026 toute cette grammaire all\u00e9gorique, cette mati\u00e8re chor\u00e9graphique se d\u00e9litent bien trop dans une succession infinie de tableaux qu\u2019accompagne une musique omnipr\u00e9sente sign\u00e9e Grand Soir.<\/p><p>Les corps trop sages de cette<em> Farandole des solitudes <\/em>ne convainquent pas. Plus \u00e9pur\u00e9e, d\u00e9lest\u00e9e de quelques passages trop narratifs, <em>Farandole<\/em> nous aurait assur\u00e9ment fait traverser le Styx en toute qui\u00e9tude.
